The vision is laden with obtuse jargon. Is it not possible to explain in a simple straightforward manner what is intended for the building? It’s not that complicated.

We would suggest that the process, the site and the concept for the building is quite complicated and that part of the feasibility study is about identifying the richness that comes from complexity. Cutting through the complexity requires careful language without limiting diversity of ideas. We have spent some time consolidating the ideas and have re-posted in the vision section.
